(C/D) The full length cDNA encoding for the TGEVS wt protein (C) or for the TGEVS_Y/A mutant protein (D) was transfected into IPI2I cells. S protein was detected with a monoclonal anti-S antibody and an anti-mouse Rhodamin antibody (shown in red).
