Time course of the expression of 111-N-terminal aa-truncated DcHEV ORF2. Insect Tn5 cells were infected with the recombinant baculovirus Ac[Dc3n111ORF2] or Ac[Dc4n111ORF2], incubated at 26.5 °C, and harvested on the indicated days (days 1–10); then, 5 μL of the culture medium and the lysate from 105 cells were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Protein bands were visualized by Coomassie blue staining (CB) and a Western blot assay with anti-G1 HEV-LP rabbit serum (WB).
