lncRNA CASC2 is downregulated, while IL-17 is upregulated in the plasma of RA patients. (A) Relative expression of lncRNA CASC2 was normalized to the patients with the lowest expression level. qPCR results showed that, compared with the healthy controls, plasma levels of lncRNA CASC2 were significantly decreased in patients with RA. (B) In contrast, ELISA results showed that plasma IL-17 was upregulated in the plasma of RA patients when compared to that noted in the plasma of healthy controls (*P<0.05).
