(A) mRNA level of YAP and ANKHD1 in A549 and LK2 cells after transfection and depletion. The mRNA level of YAP was increased (P<0.05) by overexpression of ANKHD1, whereas the mRNA level of YAP was decreased (P<0.05) by depletion of ANKHD1. (B) Immunoprecipitation indicated that ANKHD1 could bind to YAP in H1299 cells. (C) Immunofluorescence staining demonstrated that ANKHD1 could co-localize with YAP mainly in nuclei of H1299 cells. (D) Immunoprecipitation indicated that the binding of LATS1 and YAP was reduced by overexpression of ANKHD1 in A549 cells, whereas the binding of LATS1 and YAP was increased by depletion of ANKHD1 in LK2 cells.
