Herd A calves were excluded as no morbidity was observed in these animals. “All respiratory” includes calves that were treated for respiratory disease alone or for respiratory disease in conjunction with either otitis media or arthritis. “All otitis media” includes calves that were treated for otitis media alone or for otitis media in conjunction with either respiratory disease or arthritis. MbAD = Mycoplasma bovis-associated disease.
