Cytokine production of splenocytes among immunized mice was determined by CBA 2 weeks after the third immunization. Splenocytes were stimulated for 24 h with pooled peptides consisting of the NTD, and the supernatants were harvested. Cytokine concentration was detected using a CBA kit.
