Summary of percentage CD8+IFNγ+ responses in SARS subject 1 induced by truncated peptides within N53 region. T cells used were obtained from SARS subject 1 at 6 years post-infection. Percentage of CD8+IFNγ+ cells shown represent the percentage of IFNγ-producing CD8+ cells in the total T cell population (after gating the CD3+ cells) present in the short-term T cell line obtained from restimulation using N53 peptide.
