(A) Quantification of BCR-ABL1 IS in 631 paired samples from 283 CML patients showed a strong overall correlation (Spearman’s rank correlation ρ = 0.98). (B) Bland-Altmann plot of qPCR positive samples (n = 546) indicates a slight systematic deviation at low BCR-ABLIS values ≤0.1%.
