HEK-293 cells expressing a chimeric β2-adrenergic receptor (referred to as β₂V₂R) were stimulated with 1 μM agonist (BI-167107) for indicated time-points. Subsequently, the receptor density at the cell surface was measured using whole-cell ELISA and plotted after normalization.
