DMN ROIs used in the current experiment. The ROIs are derived from networks 10, 15, 16, and 17 described in the 17 network parcellation in Yeo et al. (2011) and divided according to coordinates described in Andrews-Hanna et al. (2010). Regions in blue are part of the dMPFC subsystem, and include the midline dMPFC and bilateral TPJ, LTC, and TempP. Regions in green are part of the MTL subsystem, and include the midline vMPFC and bilateral pIPL, Rsp, PHC, and HF+. The core hubs are represented in yellow, and include the bilateral aMPFC and PCC.
