The chemotaxis index is the number of cells migrating towards 10 nM fMLP divided by the number of cells migrating towards vehicle, averaged from triplicates for each sample. Each point represents one donor. Bars represent the mean ± SD of n = 9, 10 and 10 individual samples. P ≥ 0.05 for all comparisons (mixed-effect analysis with Tukey’s correction for multiple comparisons).
