Shown are the results of mass spectrometry analysis of proteins immunoprecipitated with antibodies against GABABR1 or IgG from mouse cortical neurons. Samples were digested with trypsin and subjected to LC-MS/MS to identify proteins precipitated with GABABR1 antibodies. The percentage coverage of each target protein is shown. The experimental data represent mean of two samples analyzed in parallel (duplicates). Note detection of PP2A-Cα (PP2AA) and PP2A-B55α (2ABA) subunits.
