Increased expression of TNF-α, p-p65, and IL-1β in the SDH was reversed by L-TAMS. The immunofluorescence results show that TNF-α, p-p65, and IL-1β were all upregulated on day 20 after the first CYP injection, and this was significantly inhibited by L-TAMS treatment.
