Effect of OAS3 knockdown. (A) Huh-7 cells were transfected with siRNAs (100 nM) against OAS3, followed by transfection 10 h later with HBV1.2 and RNase L. The cells were further transfected 24 h later with poly(I:C) (1 μg/well in a 6-well plate). RNA was extracted in 12 h. Viral transcripts were analyzed by northern blotting.
