Effect of OAS2 knock down. (A) Huh-7 cells were transfected with poly(I:C) and OAS2 siRNAs, followed by transfection 12 h later with HBV1.2 and RNase L. The cells were then treated 12 h later with IFN-α (1000 U/ml). RNA was extracted in 24 h and analyzed by northern blotting. (B) HBV RNA shown in Fig. 8A was quantified as above.
