Interventions Cueing: 10‐day training programme of walking 1800 feet per day with instructions to 'take long steps.' One trip down the 30‐foot pathway is a length. Each training set consisted of 20 lengths. Participants completed three training sets each day.
Controls: no change in lifestyle or medication.
