(a–c) DR demonstrates enlarged hilum in both lungs with deranged structure in bird nest liked appearance; light density flaky shadows in the lower lung fields of both lungs and small quantity pleural effusion. (d–h) CT scanning demonstrates multiple round liked nodular shadows in the middle and lower lung fields of both lungs with clear boundaries, multiple mediastinal and hilar enlarged lymph nodes. (i, j) HE staining demonstrates large quantity spindle cells or fusiform cells as well as thick stained nucleoli also in spindle shape.
