The results are depicted as % residual activities of cathepsin H in presence of different concentrations (0.1, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1.0 × 10⁻⁴ M) of various chalcones (1a–1j; a), chalconesemicarbazone isomers (2a–2j; b), (2a′–2j′; c) and diarylpyrazolines (3a–3j; d) after an interaction time of 30 min. The experiments were conducted in triplicate and were calculated w.r.t. the control having no compound but an equivalent amount of solvent was added.
