Mean fruit, vegetable, red-meat, processed-meat and fibre intakes are from the average of all 24-hour dietary assessments. The percentages of participants in the lowest and highest categories of intake from the baseline questionnaire who also completed the 24-hour dietary assessments were 45.2 and 39.8% for total red meat; 45.2 and 40.9% for processed meat; 50.2 and 41.8% for poultry; 40.2 and 41.8% for total fish; 46.7 and 39.3% for milk; and 38.0 and 52.0% for cheese.
