(A) Analyzing the Saffman-Taylor finger criteria for the bonding quality in a microchannel versus various flow rates. For flow rates lower than 1.5 ml/min, the Saffman-Taylor fingers do not appear, while for flow rates more than 1.5 ml/min, Saffman-Taylor fingers become discernible. (B) Shear rate distribution across a line parallel to the channel width. (C) The more the pressure, the faster the creation of Saffman-Taylor fingers. In the green area, Saffman-Taylor fingers do not appear during the experiments. Also, the results show that there is not any evidence of channel burst or delamination during the bonding quality test.
