Effect of vB_KpnS_Kp13 on K. pneumoniae 533-produced biofilm degradation. The established biofilm was infected with vB_KpnS_Kp13 at MOI of 0.1 (striped), at MOI of 1 (gridded) and MOI of 10 (spotted). Non-phage treated biofilm (side striped) was used as a positive control. OD at 595 nm was measured at 2, 12, 24 and 48 h. Each data point is the mean from 3 experiments. Error bars represent standard deviation.
