The x-axis represents copies of plasmid DNA in 10-fold dilutions, and the y-axis represents the fluorescence data used for cycle threshold (Ct) determinations. A: the CPV-2 and its variants assay. The assays were linear in the range of 10² to 10⁸ template copies/μL, with correlation coefficient (R²) = 0.999, amplification efficiency (E) = 91% for CPV-2; R² = 0.998, E = 87% for CPV-2a; B: the CPV-2a, 2b and 2c assay. The assays were linear in the range of 10² to 10⁸ template copies/μL, with R² = 0.999, E = 93% for CPV-2a; R² = 0.996, E = 92% for CPV-2b and R² = 0.996, E = 92% for CPV-2c.
