Sequence-specific detection. Amplicons generated via sequence-specific RT-LAMP were visualized via agarose gel electrophoresis or UV illumination 90 minutes after the addition of a reverse complement loop quencher. A) 10⁶ copies/reaction DENV1 at 57–65 °C, B) 10⁶ copies/reaction DENV1 held at 63 °C for 15–60 minutes, C) 10⁶ copies/reaction DENV1, 2, 3, or 4 held at 63 °C for 60 minutes, D) 7 replicates each of NTC (lanes 1–7) or DENV3 (lanes 8–14) after 60 minutes at 63 °C.
