Fig. 4 — Antiproliferative activities of BoIFN-ω3, BoIFN-ω24 and BoIFN-αA in MDBK cells by an MTT assay. BoIFN-ω3, BoIFN-ω24 and BoIFN-αA were incubated in MDBK cells for 72 h, and antiproliferative activities were analyzed. Relative proliferation was determined as a percentage of the control (0 μg/mL), whereas BoIFN-αA and BoIFN-ω24 were used as the reference. The Y-axis represents the mean of triplicate experiments for percentage of the control cell growth. Antiproliferative activities of both BoIFN-ω3 and BoIFN-ω24 were significantly different from that of BoIFN-αA at concentrations of 40 μg/mL (P ≤ 0.05). Data are presented in mean ± SD (*, P ≤ 0.05).
