The microarrays were reacted with preinfection and postinfection sera from a human glanders patient at 1:5000 dilution. Cy3- and Cy5-labeled secondary antibody was reacted with the microarrays as described in the text. Immunoreactivity was also seen at 1:10.000 and 1:40 000 dilutions as well (diagram not shown).
