Candidiasis
  • Usually 3 wk, depending on disease; persistent disease requires:
    • Removal of infected catheters
    • Dissemination studies (eg, lumbar puncture if stable, cardiac echo, eye examination, ultrasound of abdomen)
    • Antifungal susceptibility assay
Aspergillosis Depends on disease and local debridement
