Effects of pAPN knockdown on PEDV-GFP or TGEV infection in IPEC-J2 cells. (A) IPEC-J2 cells were transfected with sipAPN or siNC for 24 hours followed by infection with either PEDV-GFP (MOI=5) or TGEV (MOI=1). Observation of GFP expression in PEDV-GFP-infected cells or detection of TGEV-N protein expression in TGEV-infected cells by IFA was performed at 24 hpi.
