Fig. 1 — Fine mapping of the epitope for MAb 1D5 in S1 protein of Sczy3. The sequences of 12 peptides displayed by the selected phage clones were shown. A consensus sequence, ⁸⁷PPQGMAW⁹³, displayed by the 9 phages had a good match with the S1 protein of Sczy3 at amino acids 87-93 (A).
