Visual inspection of the CMNV RT-LAMP results. The amplification products (35 μL) in the reaction tubes were dyed using 1 μL of GeneFinder™ (1:35 dilution), which was sealed into the cap of the tube in advance using paraffin wax. Negative reactions appeared orange and positive reactions appeared green in daylight against a black background. Tubes 1 and 2: samples from spontaneously infected shrimps; tubes 3 and 4: samples from shrimps without signs of CMD; PC: positive control (pMD19-T-CMNV plasmid); NC: negative control (sterile water).
