Long-term stability and activity of NA immobilizates. Dy-633 labeled NA was spotted in 0.4 mg ml⁻¹ concentration onto amine (solid lines) and aldehyde (dotted lines) coated glass slides. Printed slides were incubated in buffered saline pH 7.4 for the specified times at 37 °C. The biotin binding capacity was afterwards tested by incubation of slides with 2 μg ml⁻¹ Dy-547 labeled and biotinylated anti-T7 mAb for 2 h at room temperature. Black lines and circles represent the relative amount of surface immobilized NA, grey lines and squares the amount of captured biotinylated mAb. Data are mean values of 50 spots in 2 arrays.
