Inhibition of ERK1/2 phosphorylation with Ag-126 is not cell type dependent. (A) VERO cells were seeded at 30,000 cells per well in a 96-well plate and different concentrations of Ag-126 applied. Cell-Titer-Glo assay was performed the next day. (B) VERO cells seeded at 10,000 cells per well in a 96-well plate were pre treated for 2 h with Ag-126 (50 μM) and infected with TC-83 (MOI:0.1) for one hour. Conditioned media was replaced and supernatants collected at 24 hpi were subjected to plaque assay.
