KIF4A expression was effectively inhibited in both HTB-47 and CRL-1932 human ccRCC cells caused by its shRNA plasmids. (A) Quantitative RT-PCR assays revealed the dramatically reduced expression level of KIF4A caused by its shRNA in HTB-47 and CRL-1932 cells, respectively.
