Dose dependent expression of Mx protein in PK15 cells following stimulation with PoIFN-βCHO; PK15 cells were stimulated for 24 h in the absence (lane 0) or presence of PoIFN-βCHO (1.1 × 105, 1.1 × 104, 1.1 × 103, 110, 11 and 1.1 IU/ml), and then cells were used to analyze the expression of Mx protein by Western blotting using Mx polyclonal antibody, and bête-actin was used as internal reference.
