Knockdown PANK1 ameliorated metabolic reprogramming but failed to improve insulin resistance induced by palmitate acid. The AML12 cells were treated with scrambled small interfering RNA (si Scr) or PANK1 small interfering RNA (si PANK1). After 24 h, the cells were exposed to palmitate acid (600 nmol/L, PA) for 24 h.
