FSTL3 was identified as the target of miR-122-5p. (A) The binding site of FSTL3 3ʹUTR and miR-122-5p. (B) The expression of miR-122-5p in the NSCLC tissues and the corresponding normal tissues was determined by qRT-PCR. (C) The expression of miR-122-5p in normal bronchial cells 16HBE and 5 NSCLC cell lines was determined by qRT-PCR. (D) The expression of FSTL3 was measured after miR-122-5p overexpression or inhibition. (E) The coexistence of miR-122-5p and FSTL3 was identified by RIP assay. (F) Luciferase reporter gene assay confirmed the binding relationship between miR-122-5p and FSTL3 3ʹUTR. (G) The expression of miR-122-5p and FSTL3 was detected by qRT-PCR to analyze the correlation of their expression. *P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001, n.s: P>0.05.
