miR-122-5p reversed the proliferation and metastasis of NSCLC cells induced by DSCAM-AS1. (A) qRT-PCR showed that the expression level of miR-122-5p decreased in A549 cells overexpressing DSCAM-AS1. (B) CCK-8 assay showed that DSCAM-AS1 reversed the inhibitory effect of miR-122-5p on cell proliferation. (C) DSCAM-AS1 reversed the inhibitory effect of miR-122-5p on cell migration.
