Caspase-8 Is Associated with the V₀ Domain of V-ATPase In Vivo

(A) Whole-cell lysates from HeLa cells were immunoprecipitated with antibodies against caspase-8 or immunoglobulin G (IgG) followed by immunoblotting with the antibodies against the indicated proteins. (B) Whole-cell lysates from HeLa cells were immunoprecipitated with antibodies against subunit V₀a or IgG followed by immunoblotting with the antibodies against the indicated proteins. (C) Co-localization of caspase-8 and subunit V₀a of V-ATPase in HeLa and MCF-7 cells. Cells were stained with antibodies against caspase-8 or subunit V₀a and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
