TUG1 inhibits LPS-induced apoptosis of AC16 cells through TNFA and miR-27a. AC16 cells were first incubated with LPS at doses of 0, 100, 200 or 300 ng/mL for 48 hours, followed by the measurement of TUG1 expression by qPCR assay (a). Cell apoptosis assay was performed to analyze the effects of transfections on the apoptosis of AC16 cells (b).
