YY1 depletion by siRNA attenuates profibrogenic property of human myofibroblasts. (A). Quantitative real-time PCR detected the mRNA level of α-SMA and Collagen Iα. Graphs showed quantification of α-SMA mRNA expression in LX-2 cells exposed to TGF-β for 24 h and then treated with YY1 siRNA (si-YY1) or control siRNA (si-Con) for 24 h.
