Severe coronary artery disease predictability in the development set. The AUC value of the selection criteria ± the CAC score for predicting severe CAD was 0.836. It was significantly higher than that of a CAC score alone (0.805), clinical factors only (0.652), arterial factors only (0.628), and the selection criteria (a combination of clinical and arterial factors, 0.701).
