Pearson correlation was applied to investigate the relationship between the concentration of LRG1 and immune cell levels (CD4 + , CD8 + T cell and monocytes), including the percentages as well as absolute cell counts of naïve (TNAIVE), central memory (TCM), effector memory (TEM), terminally differentiated (TEMRA) subsets, and three monocyte subsets (classical monocytes, intermediate monocytes, non-classical monocytes). *p value <0.05. **p value <0.001.
