Populations are measured as percentage by weight of the total ensemble. Predicted deuterated fractions from the final ensembles fit the target data with MSD = 10⁻⁶. Peptide segments were 10 residues long, so the data presented for 100% coverage represent the same final ensemble as segment length = 10 in Table 1.
