The Akt/mTOR signaling pathway was related to the autophagy induced by BEZ235. TNBC cells were treated with an indicated concentration of BEZ235 for 24 h; the total and phosphorylated protein of Akt, mTOR and p70 were analyzed by western blot (A), as well as AMPK and LC3 (B). GAPDH was used as a loading control. The error bars indicate the standard deviation. The P value was calculated using Student's t‐test.
