RAB3D was a downstream target gene of miR-1253. (A) RAB3D had the binding site for miR-3139 according to the Target Scan. (B) Luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to verify the targeting relationship between miR-1253 and RAB3D. (C) RAB3D expression in NSCLC tissues and normal tissues was assessed by qRT-PCR.
