Adjusted for age (1-y increment), BMI (<25.0, 25.0–29.9, ≥30.0 kg/m2), smoking status (never, past, and current 1–14, 15–24, and ≥25 cigarettes/d), and energy intake (kcal/d; quintiles). The DASH score is also adjusted for alcohol intake (0, 1.0–4.9, 5.0–14.9, ≥15.0 g/d).
