High adherence to the Health-conscious food pattern was significantly associated with a higher abundance of Lachnospira, Roseburia, and a genus in the RF39 order (panel A), and with a lower abundance of Blautia,Anaerotruncus, and Eubacterium (panel B) after adjustment for lifestyle factors including BMI (P values for trend across quintiles of the food pattern < 8 × 10−4) in 1477 individuals from the Malmö Offspring Study.
