Confirm the following
Hemodynamics: clinical, TEE and needle pressure measurements
Hemofiltration: modified if practiced
Hemostasis
Note
   (I) Remove the cannula that is more likely to cause trouble some bleeding first (easier to manage as patient is still on CPB)
   (II) Always leave at least one purse string without tying until completion of protaminization
