Job plot analyses for the binding of NDI-5 to (A) tel26, (B) cmyc and (C) ds27. The total molar concentration ([ligand] + [DNA]) was kept constant at 2 µM. The experiments were performed in 20 mM KCl, 5 mM KH₂PO₄ and 10% DMSO buffer (pH 7). The excitation wavelength was 526 nm, and the here-reported fluorescence intensity was taken at 589 nm.
