Table 1.

Host factors involved in HCV entry that have been suggested as antiviral targets. Only host factors for which host-targeting entry inhibitors, e.g., monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) or small molecule inhibitors have at least reached in vivo preclinical development are listed.
