Cell proliferation assay was performed to determine the growth rate of early (Passage 3) and late passage (Passage 7) of (a) AT-MSC and (b) CB-MSC. Cells were counted on day 1, 3 and 5 (n = 3). (c) Doubling times of MSCs were calculated over 5 days of culture. CB-MSCs demonstrated a higher cell proliferation rate than AT-MSCs.
